Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking an Experience Design Executive to lead a multi-disciplinary organization responsible for shaping and delivering enterprise-scale experiences that drive business growth, customer value, and operational excellence in a highly regulated environment.

This role will partner with senior leaders across Product, Technology, Marketing, Operations, Risk, and Compliance to influence investments, priorities, and the future direction of digital experiences.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience leading product, experience, or design organizations responsible for large-scale digital products.
• 10+ years of leading and inspiring people to achieve maximum potential across distributed teams.
• Outstanding portfolio demonstrating end-to-end experience design and delivery of digital products.
• Proven ability to shape business strategy and influence executive decision making.
• Deep expertise translating complex challenges into scalable experience strategies with measurable outcomes.
• Strong executive presence to influence senior leaders and drive enterprise-wide outcomes.
• Experience establishing governance models, prioritization, and investment strategies at scale.
• Demonstrated ability to lead AI-enabled transformation across design workflows and products.

Responsibilities

• Represent Experience Design as a strategic capability influencing enterprise direction.
• Shape enterprise experience strategy across portfolios, products, and journeys.
