Job summary

Port of Seattle seeks a Duwamish River Hub Coordinator for a 24-month limited duration in Downtown Seattle. You will manage day-to-day operations of the Hub and provide administrative and customer service support to community members, Port staff, tenants, and other facility users to promote a welcoming experience.

The role emphasizes equity, language access, and inclusive engagement. You will plan and coordinate events, manage Hub Use Contracts with Port teams, and help ensure facility

Qualifications

• 2+ years in external-facing outreach or community engagement.
• 1+ year coordinating community events and supporting facility operations.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day management of the Duwamish River Community Hub and provide admin and customer service support to users.
• Manage Hub inbox, rental requests, and calendar; communicate with Port reps weekly.
• Coordinate Hub Use Contracts with Port teams and stakeholders.
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate accessible and inclusive community events.
