IWG is seeking a Part Time Community Associate in Burien, WA. This on-site role (25 hours per week) focuses on delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining a well‑run center.

You’ll handle inquiries, set up spaces, manage mail and packages, and support events to help members connect and work effectively. A typical day includes greeting clients, coordinating with cleaners and staff, and ensuring invoices and services are accurately charged.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred and demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build professional relationships.
• Proficiency with MS Office and basic IT equipment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and help with inquiries to ensure a positive experience.
• Assist with daily center operations and administrative tasks.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues like Wi‑Fi access or mail.
• Prepare meeting spaces, set up equipment, and support events in the center.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization as the center closes each day.
