Job summary

Urban League of Metropolitan Seattle is seeking a part-time/on-call Support Service Staff for Permanent Supportive Housing sites in West Seattle and Federal Way. The role involves maintaining a clean, safe space and assisting residents in accessing services and transportation coordination.

Shifts include Day 7:00 AM–3:00 PM, Swing 3:00 PM–11:00 PM, and Overnight 11:00 PM–7:00 AM. Applicants must be able to commit to a minimum of 3 shifts per month and have at least 1 year of homeless outreach

Qualifications

• 1 year experience in homeless outreach or homeless services
• HS Diploma or GED required
• Ability to read and write in standard English
• Excellent oral and written communication
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Non-profit experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Support residents by maintaining a clean, safe, and organized space.
• Assist residents in accessing support services, community integration, life skill training, and transportation coordination.
• Collaborate with housing staff to coordinate services and resources as needed.
