Job summary

Next Level Solutions is seeking a Solutions Engineer Technical Lead with deep Duck Creek expertise to guide client conversations, design technical solutions, and drive successful implementations. You will lead a cross-functional team, mentor developers, and ensure all integrations align with business goals.

You will work across .NET/C#, SQL, Azure and Office 365, communicating clearly with clients and internal teams, while leveraging AI and modern tools to accelerate delivery.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of Duck Creek mastery and understanding of Author, Express, Server, User Admin, Party, and integrations
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business or Computer Information Systems preferred; relevant work experience accepted
• 5+ years of experience in engineering, designing, and implementing large and complex systems
• Availability to work full-time, Mon–Fri, 8AM–5PM local time, with willingness to travel

Responsibilities

• Lead client interactions by clarifying needs and aligning solutions with business goals
• Interpret business requirements and present viable technology solutions to business and IT teams
• Develop and maintain Duck Creek integrations using a ManuScript-first approach
• Help set best practices and development workflows, including code reviews and documentation
• Mentor the development team across all Duck Creek components
