Next Level Solutions seeks a Solutions Engineer Technical Lead to guide Duck Creek integrations using a ManuScript-first approach. You will lead client discussions, translate needs into actionable technical designs, and drive best practices in development workflows.

With 6–10 years of Duck Creek expertise, you’ll coordinate cross-functional teams, ensure alignment with business goals, and mentor peers while delivering robust, scalable insurance solutions.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of Duck Creek mastery with emphasis on Author, Express, Server, User Admin and integrations.
• Proven ability to lead client conversations, translate business needs into technical solutions, and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Strong communication, documentation, and mentoring skills; experience in Agile environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead client conversations and align solutions with business goals while leveraging AI and modern tools.
• Design, implement, and maintain Duck Creek integrations using a ManuScript-first approach.
• Set development standards, perform code reviews, and drive project timelines and sign-offs.
• Mentor development teams on Duck Creek and related technologies in client-facing and internal settings.
