Next Level Solutions is seeking a Solutions Engineer Technical Lead with deep Duck Creek expertise to lead client conversations, translate business needs into robust technical solutions, and drive end-to-end Duck Creek integrations. You will mentor teams, define best practices, and work across modern tech stacks including .NET, SQL, and Azure.

Qualificações

• 6-10 years of Duck Creek mastery and deep understanding of Author, Express, Server, User Admin, Party, and integrations
• Hands-on experience in Example Author (Fields, Pages, Forms, Tables) and Example Debugging Tools (TraceMonitor, ExampleUtil)
• 5+ years of engineering, designing, and implementing large and complex systems and application architectures
• Full knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle, including Agile environments

Responsabilidades

• Lead client interactions by clarifying needs, managing expectations, and ensuring solutions align with business goals, while leveraging AI to improve team efficiency and decision‑making
• Work with clients and team members to understand and interpret business requirements, evaluate those requirements via a technology solution, and present that solution back to both the business and IT teams
• Develop & maintain Duck Creek integrations utilizing a ManuScript‑first approach
• Help set best practices and development workflow, including code reviews, testing, and documentation
• Provide expertise to drive sign‑off of a technology solution, including requirements, design, and timelines
• Assist the project team in planning and design to meet client functional and technical demands
• Teach and mentor the development team on all aspects of the Duck Creek platform in team and client-facing settings
