Cloudflare, Inc. is seeking a senior sales leader based in Dubai to scale new business revenue across Commercial and Mid‑Market accounts in the UAE and Oman.

You will lead a team of Account Executives, coach on pipeline generation, deal execution, and ramp-up new hires, while coordinating with SalesOps, Marketing, Channel, and Sales Enablement. You will drive GTM strategy, build strong customer and partner relationships, and ensure accurate forecasting.

Formación

• Fluency in English (written and spoken). Arabic is a plus.
• A minimum of 10 years of overall sales experience, at least 5 years in UAE and Oman.
• A minimum of 5 years experience managing a team of quota-carrying sales reps in UAE and Oman; SaaS/Cloud/Cybersecurity experience preferred.
• Experience managing high-volume pipeline and delivering growth.
• Experience developing Go-To-Market strategies in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong presentation/communication skills; established cybersecurity and SaaS connections.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; MBA or MIS a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Meet and exceed quarterly and annual quotas.
• Coach and develop a team of Account Executives.
• Provide deal support and guidance to AEs.
• Source, interview and recruit top sales talent.
• Maintain AE KPI reporting in Salesforce and forecast attainment weekly.
• Define ideal AE profiles and ramp up new hires.
• Develop programs to accelerate growth and attach rates for Cloudflare products.
• Drive GTM coverage and channel relationships to grow revenue.
• Foster relationships with customers and partners at executive levels.
