United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Customer Engineer (CE) in Singapore to drive our technical go-to-market strategy. You will bridge technical strategy and business value, guiding enterprise clients from pre-sales validation through onboarding, deployment, and expansion.

You’ll operate as a quota-carrying technologist within the GTM organization, leveraging AI-augmented workflows to focus on high-value architecture and outcomes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineering or Sales Engineering.
• Ability to white-board and articulate complex enterprise network and security architectures.
• Strong communication to translate technical concepts into business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Technical validation: lead deep-dive discovery with account executives and map DNS, CDN, Zero Trust to company architectures.
• Customer adoption: design migration/onboarding blueprints and guide engineering teams through best practices.
• Commercial accountability: own quota for new business and account growth; lead quarterly business reviews.
• Trusted advisory: maintain ongoing relationships across stakeholders, advise on AI control layers and deployment confidence.
• AI orchestration: use AI tools to automate routine responses and provisioning tasks.
• Education & enablement: create SOPs and technical guides with Enablement Team.
