The Scion Group LLC is seeking a General Manager for two properties in Statesboro, GA. The role combines strategic leadership, community management and operational accountability to drive occupancy, revenue and guest experience.

You will lead a customer‑centric team, partner with HR and operations, manage budgets and vendor relationships, and uphold Scion standards across the site. The position requires strong decision making and a proactive management style.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience managing living communities and a team of 3+

Responsibilities

• Lead staff development and scheduling to ensure optimal operation.
• Manage property administration, policies, emergencies with partners.
• Oversee facilities, capital projects and compliance with codes.
• Plan and execute annual turnover and staffing with the AGM.
• Oversee financial performance, budgets and revenue targets.
• Drive customer experience and leasing performance.
