Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of housekeeping supervisory or management experience in a brand hotel or hospitality setting.
• Proven ability to manage and motivate a team across multiple locations.
• Strong knowledge of housekeeping procedures, sanitation standards, and safety protocols.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask.
• Effective communication skills in English; bilingual a plus.
• PMS proficiency and basic computer skills.
• Flexible availability including weekends, holidays, and varying shifts.
• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality management degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily housekeeping operations across two hotel properties, ensuring brand cleanliness standards are consistently met
• Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise housekeeping staff including room attendants, laundry, and public area cleaners
• Conduct room inspections and public area walkthroughs to maintain quality control
• Manage inventory of housekeeping supplies, linens, and amenities, including ordering and cost control
• Coordinate with the Front Desk and Maintenance teams to ensure timely room turnovers and resolve guest concerns
• Monitor and respond to guest feedback related to cleanliness and housekeeping service
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
• Prepare housekeeping reports and track departmental performance metrics
