Job summary

JSR Hospitality in Fairfield, CA is seeking a driven Dual Housekeeping Manager to lead cleanliness and guest satisfaction across two properties. You will own daily housekeeping operations, set standards, and inspire a dedicated team to deliver consistently exceptional stays.

Responsibilities include recruiting, training, scheduling, and supervising room attendants, laundry, and public area staff; conducting room inspections; managing inventory and cost control; and coordinating with Front Desk

Qualifications

• 2+ years of housekeeping supervisory or management experience in a brand hotel or hospitality setting.
• Proven ability to manage and motivate a team across multiple locations.
• Strong knowledge of housekeeping procedures, sanitation standards, and safety protocols.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask.
• Effective communication skills in English; bilingual a plus.
• PMS proficiency and basic computer skills.
• Flexible availability including weekends, holidays, and varying shifts.
• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality management degree preferred.

• Monitor and respond to guest feedback related to cleanliness and housekeeping service
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
• Prepare housekeeping reports and track departmental performance metrics
