Peregrine Hospitality is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support the General Manager in developing and executing hotel operations while upholding Service Standards. The AGM will oversee Front Office, Housekeeping, Maintenance, Banquets, and F&B, ensuring financial integrity and positive relationships with guests, hosts, sales, and vendors.

Education includes a Bachelor's degree with at least 3 years of hotel management experience; Marriott experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 3 years of hotel management experience; Marriott experience preferred.
• Flexible scheduling based on business needs.

Responsabilités

• Assist operational and financial management of the property.
• Ensure brand standards are maintained across departments.
• Oversee daily operation of Front Office, Housekeeping, Maintenance, Banquets, and Food & Beverage.
• Review financial statements and performance data to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Provide coaching and development for departmental teams and supervisors.
• Maintain compliance with safety, licensing, and corporate procedures.
