Job summary

Hansen Recruiting, LLC is seeking a Growth Strategist to join a performance-based growth agency serving high-growth DTC and ecommerce brands. You will own day-to-day execution for a portfolio of client accounts across Meta, TikTok, and AppLovin, working hands-on daily.

You will partner with the founder and a Senior Growth Strategist, run systematic tests, analyze ROAS and CAC, and present outcomes on client calls.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in paid social media buying for DTC ecommerce brands.
• Accounts scaled at least 2x for paid social client accounts.
• Consistent ROAS, CAC and revenue targets achieved.
• Advanced skills in Meta Ads Manager; strong TikTok Ads Manager knowledge.
• MER, NCAC, LTV:CAC understood and linked to P&L.
• Comfort with Excel or Google Sheets and daily use of AI tools.
• Owns projects with startup pace and autonomy; agency experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day execution for a portfolio of DTC client accounts across Meta, TikTok, and AppLovin.
• Partner with founder and Senior Growth Strategist; provide account-level insight.
• Run systematic testing across creatives, audiences, offers, and structures.
• Analyze performance at platform and business level: ROAS, CAC, MER, NCAC, KPIs.
• Feed performance insights back to creative strategists for next rounds.
• Present performance stories on client calls alongside strategy lead and flag risks.
• Use AI tools as daily operators inside reporting systems.
