Job summary

Talent Hackers, LLC is seeking a Paid Media Buyer to join a senior, growth-focused team. You will manage daily campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok, optimize spend, and report performance to clients.

The role emphasizes strategic insights, tight execution, and strong client communication. You will collaborate with a small, senior team, receive mentorship from the Head of Paid Media, and work on high-growth DTC brands across fashion, fitness, wellness, and consumer sectors.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on paid media management on Meta and/or Google.
• Managing at least $50K USD per month in ad spend.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Able to work full-time in PST hours.
• Detail-oriented, process-driven, and proactive.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day campaign execution across Meta, Google, and TikTok.
• Monitor performance daily; flag anomalies and adjust budgets/bids.
• Launch campaigns from strategic direction with proper tagging and naming conventions.
• Keep tracking healthy: pixels, CAPI, and attribution settings.
• Pull and organize weekly performance data for reporting.
• Share creative insights with the Strategy team on hooks and formats.
• Coordinate timelines, asset delivery, and launch readiness for drops.
• Maintain clean, organized account structures and documentation.
• Lead regular performance updates with clients.
