Job summary

Hansen Recruiting, LLC is seeking a Growth Strategist to join a performance-based growth agency serving high-growth DTC and ecommerce brands. You will own day-to-day execution for a portfolio of client accounts across Meta, TikTok, and AppLovin, working hands-on daily.

You will partner with the founder and a Senior Growth Strategist, run systematic tests, analyze ROAS and CAC, and present outcomes on client calls.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in paid social media buying for DTC ecommerce brands.
• Accounts scaled at least 2x for paid social client accounts.
• Consistent ROAS, CAC and revenue targets achieved.
• Advanced skills in Meta Ads Manager; strong TikTok Ads Manager knowledge.
• MER, NCAC, LTV:CAC understood and linked to P&L.
• Comfort with Excel or Google Sheets and daily use of AI tools.
• Owns projects with startup pace and autonomy; agency experience is a plus.

About the Company

A performance-based growth agency working exclusively with high-growth DTC and e-commerce brands that spend $250K to $3M+ per month on media is adding a Growth Strategist to their team. It's built for someone who wants to do the best media buying of their career inside a system actually designed for it, with real room to grow as the agency scales.

What you'll own

• Own day-to-day execution for a portfolio of DTC client accounts across Meta, TikTok, and AppLovin, hands-on keyboard in the accounts every day
• Partner directly with the founder and a Senior Growth Strategist; they lead the client relationship, you bring the account-level insight
• Run systematic testing across creatives, audiences, offers, and campaign structures
• Analyze performance at both the platform and business level: ROAS, CAC, MER, NCAC, and contribution to client KPIs
• Feed structured performance insights back to creative strategists to sharpen the next round of creative
• Present the performance story on client calls alongside the strategy lead and flag risks before anyone has to ask
• Use AI tools fluently as a daily operator inside systems built to take the reporting grind off your plate

What You Bring

• 2+ years in paid social media buying for DTC ecommerce brands, with Meta as your primary platform
• Personally scaled accounts 2X on paid social client accounts
• Consistent track record of hitting ROAS, CAC, and revenue targets
• Advanced Meta Ads Manager skills and strong working knowledge of TikTok Ads Manager
• Fluent in MER, NCAC, LTV: CAC, and how your work impacts the client P&L
• Comfortable in Excel or Google Sheets and already using AI tools like Claude or ChatGPT every day
• Ownership mentality, detail-obsessed, and energized by startup pace and autonomy
• Agency experience managing multiple accounts at once is a big plus
