Job summary

Thrive Market is seeking a hands-on leader to own performance creative strategy across Meta, TikTok, Google, YouTube, Reddit, and CTV. You will drive the testing engine, build a scalable framework, and partner with agencies to optimize a high-velocity paid media program.

You will lead a ~6-person team, shape cross-channel strategy, and ensure outcomes align with LTV/CAC goals while maintaining a customer-centric, experimentation-driven culture.

Responsibilities

• Own the creative testing roadmap and structure an experimentation program across hooks, messages, personas, formats, and offers.
• Drive diversification of creative assets to reduce reliance on a few winners and improve spend distribution.
• Translate research, reviews, and performance data into actionable opportunities; write briefs and develop concepts.
• Manage external partners and agency relationships, onboarding new vendors as the roster evolves.
• Oversee the customer journey beyond the ad, including landing pages and UX collaboration for conversion.
