Job summary

Bowery Boost LLC, a NYC-based performance marketing agency, seeks a Senior Growth Strategist / Associate Director to lead a portfolio of e-commerce and DTC clients. You will own growth strategy, strengthen client relationships, and drive measurable business results across Meta, Google, TikTok, and more.

This senior, client-facing role requires deep performance marketing expertise, strategic thinking, and the ability to translate data into actionable plans.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years in performance marketing, agency experience preferred.
• Significant experience leading e-commerce and DTC accounts.
• Deep expertise in paid social, especially Meta Ads.
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads and broader acquisition strategies.
• Demonstrated ability to independently develop and execute growth strategies.
• Experience managing meaningful paid media budgets.
• Strong analytical skills and understanding of CAC, MER, ROAS, LTV, and attribution.
• Ability to lead client relationships and present strategic recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own growth strategy across client portfolio in beauty, wellness, fashion, and CPG.
• Lead client relationships, weekly/monthly performance calls, and strategic recommendations.
• Translate data into actionable insights and growth opportunities.
• Oversee paid media across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other channels.
• Collaborate with creative to align testing roadmaps with business goals.
• Provide strategic direction to media buyers and execution teams.
• Identify opportunities to expand existing client relationships and portfolio.
