GUY FOX is seeking a growth-focused DTC Growth Lead to own and accelerate our e-commerce growth engine. You’ll work directly with the Co-Founder to scale Meta ads, launch TikTok, and optimize the entire customer journey. This is a hands-on role with ownership and direct access to leadership.

You will build strategies, execute campaigns, test relentlessly, and scale what works, while driving CAC, MER, ROAS, LTV, and AOV improvements across Shopify storefronts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in DTC e-commerce growth or performance marketing.
• Proven track record of scaling revenue and customer acquisition for a consumer brand.
• Deep, hands-on expertise with Meta Ads Manager, including campaign management, creative testing, and budget optimization.
• Experience with TikTok Ads, TikTok Shop, or creator-driven commerce.
• Strong proficiency with Shopify, Klaviyo, and Triple Whale (or comparable attribution and analytics platforms).
• Demonstrated experience improving conversion rates through landing page testing, offer optimization, upsells, and A/B experimentation.
• Strong understanding of CAC, LTV, MER, ROAS, AOV, and e-commerce contribution margins.
• Ability to combine analytical decision-making with strong creative and marketing instincts.

Responsabilités

• Own Meta advertising strategy and execution from setup to scaling and reporting.
• Manage paid acquisition budgets with a focus on profitable, sustainable growth.
• Build and execute creative testing strategies across messaging, hooks, formats, audiences, and offers.
• Track and optimize CAC, MER, ROAS, LTV, and contribution margin.
• Identify new acquisition opportunities and continuously improve marketing efficiency.
• Launch and scale TikTok Ads and TikTok Shop; develop creator-driven commerce initiatives.
