Job summary

Mesmos is a bath and wellness brand building a DTC engine on Shopify. We’re seeking a growth-focused leader to own our DTC growth, report to the founder, and steer paid media strategy across Meta and testing other channels.

You’ll optimize CAC, LTV and conversion, build creator partnerships, retention programs, and landing-page experiments. Equity/profit-share options available for the right person as we scale in 2027.

Qualifications

• Grew a DTC consumer brand with measurable metrics (CAC, LTV, conversion, repeat rate).
• Strong sense of creative performance and ad effectiveness.
• Think in contribution margin, not just ROAS.
• Willingness to be data-driven and be challenged by evidence.

Responsibilities

• Own paid acquisition on Meta (and test TikTok and Google), from budget to creative briefs to reporting.
• Run our creator and UGC programme so the best creators keep making winning content.
• Find the hooks, angles and offers that turn a scroll into a first order, and a first order into a subscriber.
• Own retention: email, SMS, subscriptions and repeat purchase.
• Improve landing pages and conversion with a weekly testing rhythm, and report what worked, what didn't and what's next.
• Use AI tools to move faster than a bigger team would.
