Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervises warehouse leads and staff; directs daily operations.
• Coordinates workload and staffing with team leads and management.
• Uses mainframe, databases and spreadsheets to plan staffing and workflow timing.
• Ensures shipments are loaded accurately and on time; monitors labor efficiency.
• Provides training to staff on procedures to maximize productivity, safety and accuracy.
• Resolves employee relations issues with DC leadership and other managers.
