Job summary

Griot's Garage is seeking a Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) Supervisor to oversee the distribution center's fulfillment functions, ensuring accurate, safe, and on-time orders. This hands-on leader drives productivity, inventory accuracy, and associate engagement across DTC, event, wholesale, and inventory transfer operations.

Responsibilities include daily operations, staffing, safety, and cross-functional collaboration to meet service and productivity metrics.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; higher degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily DTC fulfillment operations (domestic and international).
• Oversee staffing, workflow, and order processing for DTC, Event, Wholesale, and Inventory Transfer orders.
• Monitor KPIs, identify challenges, and implement improvements.
