Job summary

DC Industries in Secaucus, NJ is seeking a hands-on supervisor to manage our Pio warehouse automation grid and direct-to-consumer order fulfillment. Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, you’ll oversee e-commerce fulfillment, maintain inventory accuracy, and improve distribution operations to ensure customer orders ship accurately and on time.

The ideal candidate has proven leadership, strong analytical skills, and experience with WMS/ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Experience in e-commerce fulfillment or warehouse operations.
• Pio or similar warehouse automation experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control, cycle counting, and WMS/ERP systems.
• Leadership and communication skills are essential.
• Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to work directly on the warehouse floor.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily Pio automation operations, monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate maintenance and vendor support.
• Oversee order fulfillment from picking and packing through shipping, including urgent orders and exceptions.
• Optimize inventory placement, bin utilization, and warehouse workflows to improve capacity and productivity.
• Partner with inventory control and IT to resolve discrepancies and maintain accurate records across automation, WMS, and ERP platforms.
• Track fulfillment speed, order accuracy, and system uptime; improve processes and develop SOPs.
• Train and support warehouse team members on systems and best practices.
