Job summary

American Exchange Group is seeking an experienced Shipping Manager to oversee Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) shipping operations. You will coordinate with carriers, manage fulfillment, and optimize delivery efficiency to enhance customer satisfaction.

This role reports to the VP of Warehousing, West Coast, and is based onsite in Perris, CA. The ideal candidate has a strong logistics background, experience with DTC, and a data-driven approach to shipping performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, business or related field.
• 5+ years in logistics/supply chain, exp in DTC/eCommerce preferred.
• Proficiency with shipping software and Excel/Sheets for data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end shipping operations for DTC orders, including processing, picking, and delivery.
• Manage daily shipping schedules to meet customer expectations and on-time delivery.
• Develop and maintain shipping policies to streamline processes and reduce delays.
