Job summary

Cella by Randstad Digital in Neptune City, NJ, seeks a seasoned Digital Strategy leader to drive the end-to-end eCommerce roadmap for a premier consumer brand. You will optimize conversion through CRO testing, leverage analytics, and guide cross-functional initiatives across paid digital, email, and subscription channels to maximize revenue.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of dedicated experience managing and optimizing direct-to-consumer eCommerce websites.
• Proven expertise in CRO, A/B testing, SEO, and digital analytics.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise eCommerce platforms (Shopify Plus) and site merchandising tools.
• Ability to drive cross-functional strategic initiatives in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive DTC business plans focused on revenue growth, marketing spend, and strategic product assortment.
• Lead site merchandising strategies, enhancing user experience (UX) and personalizing the customer journey across all digital touchpoints.
• Direct conversion rate optimization (CRO) initiatives and A/B testing to elevate online shopping behavior and engagement.
• Partner cross-functionally with creative, operations, and marketing teams to align digital content with broader business objectives.
• Manage eCommerce performance analytics, delivering data-driven recommendations to continuously improve site performance and profitability.
