Qualifications

• Proven track record scaling a DTC ecommerce business.
• Strong email marketing, lifecycle marketing, and retention skills.
• Experience analyzing customer journeys and conversion funnels.
• Experience managing external agencies and driving revenue growth.
• Comfort with lean, entrepreneurial environments and ownership.

Responsibilities

• Own the DTC Shopify site strategy and revenue growth.
• Drive acquisition, retention, and lifetime value improvements.
• Lead email marketing strategy, segmentation, lifecycle programs.
• Analyze customer behavior and funnel metrics to identify growth.
• Improve conversion rates and onsite engagement.
• Oversee ecommerce merchandising and promotions.
• Partner with agencies supporting paid media and digital marketing.
• Build KPI dashboards and present executive reviews.
• Serve as ecommerce and digital growth subject matter expert.
• Influence leadership across operations, marketing, and product.
• Transition key growth initiatives in-house over time.
