Job summary

Cella by Randstad Digital in Neptune City, NJ, is seeking a seasoned ecommerce leader to own end-to-end DTC strategy, optimize conversion, and drive revenue across paid digital, email, and subscription channels. This 100% on-site role requires 7+ years of leadership and hands-on Shopify Plus experience.

You will manage site merchandising, CRO initiatives, and analytics, partnering with cross-functional teams to improve profitability and customer journeys.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of dedicated experience managing and optimizing direct-to-consumer eCommerce websites.
• Proven expertise in CRO, A/B testing, SEO, and digital analytics.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise eCommerce platforms (Shopify Plus) and merchandising tools.
• Ability to drive cross-functional strategic initiatives in a dynamic environment.
• Bonus: experience with subscription revenue, PIM systems, and localized content strategies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive DTC business plans focused on revenue growth, marketing spend, and product assortment.
• Lead site merchandising strategies and enhance UX across all digital touchpoints.
• Direct CRO initiatives and A/B testing to elevate online shopping behavior.
• Partner with creative, operations, and marketing to align content with business objectives.
• Manage ecommerce performance analytics and deliver data-driven recommendations.
