Otter Tail Power Company is seeking a collaborative professional to lead the development and management of customer energy programs that support demand-side management, load growth, electrification, and energy optimization objectives. You will serve as the subject matter expert and program owner for multiple customer-facing energy programs, guiding strategy, implementation, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combined education and experience.
• Knowledge of marketing principles, market research methodologies, and pricing strategies.
• Understanding of electric utility operations and energy programs.
• Strong analytical and financial evaluation skills.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation, and ongoing management of demand-side management and energy optimization programs.
• Analyze market trends, customer segments, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities.
• Manage full lifecycle of customer-facing products and services, including pricing and forecasting.
• Develop programs that advance load growth, demand response, and beneficial electrification goals.
• Collaborate with multiple teams to align goals and execute strategic initiatives.
• Develop forecasts, business cases, and performance metrics to guide decisions.
