Job summary

novulsolutions is seeking a DRSN Support Technician III to provide mission-critical voice infrastructure and UC support at Scott AFB. You will monitor alarms, manage incidents, and coordinate with customers and internal teams to ensure network availability.

The role requires 24/7 onsite rotating shifts, with duties spanning incident response, configuration maintenance, and operational support for DoD networks. Prior DoD/DRSN exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 2–4 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with alarm surveillance, call routing, SIP, media call flow, packet capture analysis, or DISA/DISN/DoD networks is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint, Teams).

Responsibilities

• Create, update, track, and resolve incidents using ServiceNow and approved tools.
• Monitor network alarms and maintain situational awareness during outages.
• Support voice services, UC, and DRSN operations for mission-critical networks.
• Notify required contacts for incidents and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Document outages, fault isolation steps, escalations, and resolutions.
