Job summary

OpenTalent is seeking a Field Implementation Manager to oversee dealer DRP implementations across Southeast and Northeast regions. The role involves leading dealer groups, acting as SME for the Digital Retail Platform, and coordinating with DRP partners to ensure on-time go-live and a smooth deployment.

You will manage the implementation pipeline, maintain dealer engagement, and proactively identify risks to keep projects on track. Travel up to 50% within the region is required.

Qualifications

• Background in dealership consulting or automotive retail operations.
• Strong understanding of the retail automotive industry, including dealership structures and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Oversee DRP implementations for dealers in assigned region.
• Manage the implementation pipeline from pre-onboarding to go-live.
• Act as SME on GM’s DRP and automotive digital retailing best practices.
• Maintain dealer engagement to ensure timely milestones.
• Serve as relationship manager, addressing concerns and conflicts.
• Identify and mitigate DRP implementation risks.
• Escalate issues when necessary and coordinate with implementation partners.
• Deliver presentations and product demonstrations using standard materials.
• Ensure successful launches and positive dealership experiences.
