Job summary

General Motors is seeking a DRP Field Implementation Manager to oversee dealership DRP implementations across regions and to act as the SME for GM’s Digital Retail Platform. The role is field-based with up to 50–60% travel and requires relocation within 60 days to an approved city.

Qualifications

Background in dealership consulting or automotive retail operations.
Strong understanding of the retail automotive industry and dealership structures.
Experience with dealership and automotive retail software platforms (DMS, CRM, digital retailing).
Knowledge of desking or F&I processes.
Willingness to travel up to 60% weekly.

Responsibilities

Oversee all DRP Implementations in each region and lead Dealer Group DRP Implementations.
Serve as SME for GM’s Digital Retail Platform and dealership operations.
Maintain dealer engagement and ensure milestones are met with timely completions.
Act as relationship manager for dealers during implementation and address concerns.
Identify implementation risks and mitigate them.
Collaborate with DRP Implementation Partners and GM field resources.
Deliver presentations and product demonstrations.
Ensure positive implementation experiences and on-time launches.
