Job summary

General Motors is seeking a DRP Field Implementation Manager for field-based work with up to 50% travel to dealerships within the assigned territory. Residency or relocation within the region is required within 60 days.

You will oversee DRP implementations across regions, serving as SME for the Digital Retail Platform and driving high-touch deployment success. You will manage the implementation pipeline, act as relationship manager for dealers, and collaborate with partners to ensure milestones

Qualifications

Background in dealership consulting or automotive retail operations.
Familiar with dealership desking or F&I processes.
Experience with DMS, CRM, and digital retailing platforms.
Willingness to travel up to 60% weekly.
Strong communication and relationship-management skills.

Responsibilities

Lead regional dealership group implementations with high-touch, white-glove support.
Manage the implementation pipeline from pre-onboarding to go-live.
Serve as SME on GM’s DRP and automotive digital retailing best practices.
Maintain dealer engagement to drive momentum and timely milestones.
Collaborate with DRP Implementation Partners on non-technical aspects.
Deliver clear presentations and product demonstrations.
Ensure each dealership group launches on schedule; manage expenses per GM guidelines.
