Job summary

Qualifications

• Background in dealership consulting or automotive retail operations.
• Strong understanding of retail automotive industry structures and workflows.
• Experience with dealership software: DMS, CRM, digital retailing solutions.
• Knowledge of desking or F&I processes.
• Ability to stay current on rapidly evolving digital solutions.
• Positive, solutions-oriented attitude in high-pressure environments.
• Strong collaboration with GM teams, clients and partners.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; capable of delivering demos.

Responsibilities

• Serve as regional lead for dealership group implementations with high-touch support.
• Manage implementation pipeline from pre-onboarding to go-live, clearing barriers.
• Operate as SME on GM’s DRP and automotive digital retailing best practices.
• Maintain dealer engagement to meet critical milestones and timelines.
• Act as relationship manager, addressing concerns and navigating pushback.
• Identify and mitigate DRP implementation risks efficiently.
• Document, communicate, and escalate issues as needed.
• Collaborate with DRP Implementation Partners on non-technical aspects.
• Deliver clear presentations and product demonstrations using standard materials.
• Ensure each dealership group launches on schedule and maintains momentum.
• Prioritize high-impact DRP activities and align with DRP goals.
• Manage travel and program-related expenses per GM guidelines.
