Job summary

General Motors is seeking a DRP Field Implementation Manager to oversee dealer DRP implementations across regions. You will act as the SME for GM's Digital Retail Platform and manage the end-to-end rollout with high-touch, concierge-style support.

You will coordinate with field resources, present to dealers, and ensure milestones are met while traveling up to 60% and maintaining alignment with DRP goals. A strong background in dealership operations and software is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in dealership consulting or automotive retail operations.
• Deep understanding of dealership terminology, structures and workflows.
• Experience with dealership software platforms (DMS, CRM, digital retailing).
• Knowledge of desking or F&I processes.
• Quick learner with ability to stay current on digital solutions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as regional lead for dealership group DRP implementations with high-touch support.
• Manage implementation pipeline from pre-onboarding to go-live and remove blockers.
• Act as SME on GM’s Digital Retail Platform and dealership operations.
• Maintain dealer engagement to ensure timely milestones.
• Manage relationships and resolve concerns with dealers and partners.
• Identify and mitigate DRP implementation risks.
• Document and escalate issues as needed.
• Collaborate with DRP Implementation Partners on non-technical aspects.
• Deliver presentations and product demos using established materials.
• Ensure positive implementation experiences and on-time launches.
• Prioritize high-impact DRP activities aligned with goals.
• Track travel and program-related expenses per GM guidelines.
