Qualifications

• Experience as a driver, trainer, or mentor in a transportation-related environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Training Delivery: Lead engaging, hands-on training sessions for new and existing drivers.
• Coaching & Development: Provide feedback and support to help drivers improve their skills and confidence.
• Safety & Quality: Reinforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with operational procedures.
• Performance Assessment: Evaluate driver performance, track progress, and report on training completion.
• Problem-Solving: Address training-related questions and challenges in real time.
• Administrative Support: Maintain training records, attendance logs, and documentation.
