Driver Trainer

We’re looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable Driver Trainerto support our team by delivering high-quality training for new and existing drivers. This role focuses on ensuring that all drivers meet safety, operational, and performance standards while providing an engaging and effective learning experience.

As a Driver Trainer, you’ll play a key role in setting drivers up for success by coaching them on vehicle operation, safety procedures, and best practices for delivering excellent customer service. You’ll also track driver progress, provide feedback, and help improve training programs to meet the evolving needs of our team.

Physical Requirements:

• Able to communicate verbally and follow directions from our dispatch team.
• Comfortable with navigational apps (e.g., Uber driver app, Google Maps, Emails, Web Browsing).
• Capable of entering and exiting the vehicle consistently to assist customers with their luggage.
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly/occasionally.
• Must be able to sit for extended periods.
