Alto is seeking a dedicated Driver Trainer in Dallas to deliver high‑quality onboarding and ongoing coaching for our driver team. You will ensure drivers meet safety, operational and performance standards while delivering an engaging learning experience.

You’ll lead hands‑on training, track progress, provide feedback, and help improve training programs to meet evolving needs. Comfortable using navigation apps and training software, you’ll work with dispatch and operations to keep drivers safe

Qualifications

• Experience as driver, trainer or mentor in transport preferred.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.
• Tech-savvy with training management and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Training Delivery: Lead engaging, hands-on training sessions for new and existing drivers.
• Coaching & Development: Provide feedback and support to help drivers improve their skills and confidence.
• Safety & Quality: Reinforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with operational procedures.
• Performance Assessment: Evaluate driver performance, track progress, and report on training completion.
• Problem-Solving: Address training-related questions and challenges in real time.
• Administrative Support: Maintain training records, attendance logs, and documentation.
