Job summary

Evolving Solution Services in Southaven, MS is seeking a Driver Trainer to develop and deliver training for drivers operating motorcoach, school bus, shuttle, and other passenger transport vehicles.

You will conduct classroom and behind-the-wheel training, monitor driver performance, and ensure DOT/FMCSA compliance while collaborating with Operations, Safety, HR, and Maintenance to raise safety standards and driver readiness.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate's degree in Transportation, Education, Safety, Business, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of commercial driving experience in motorcoach, school bus, transit, shuttle, or passenger transportation operations.
• Strong safety and customer service record required.

Responsibilities

• Develop, deliver, and evaluate training programs for drivers.
• Provide classroom instruction, behind-the-wheel training, coaching, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure onboarding and training documentation is completed accurately.
• Deliver ongoing safety training and ensure DOT/FMCSA/state regulations compliance.
• Maintain training records and support driver performance metrics.
