Job summary

Alto is seeking a Driver Trainer to deliver high-quality training for new and current drivers in a dynamic, ride-hailing environment. You will coach on vehicle operation, safety procedures, and customer service, while tracking progress and helping improve training programs.

You will be responsible for hands-on sessions, safety compliance, and maintaining training records to support a safe, efficient driver network.

Qualifications

• Experience as a driver, trainer, or mentor in a transportation-related environment is preferred.
• Strong communication and coaching skills are essential.
• Ability to provide clear instructions and feedback to drivers.

Responsibilities

• Training Delivery: Lead engaging, hands-on training sessions for drivers.
• Coaching & Development: Provide feedback and support to help drivers improve their skills and confidence.
• Safety & Quality: Reinforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with procedures.
• Performance Assessment: Evaluate driver performance, track progress, and report on training completion.
• Problem-Solving: Address training-related questions in real time.
• Administrative Support: Maintain training records and documentation.
