Job summary

US Ambulette is seeking an experienced Driver Safety Trainer to join our team. The role involves conducting driver evaluations and leading training sessions for new hires and ongoing development, while maintaining thorough documentation.

You will review driving records for infractions and accidents and provide coaching to drivers and crewmembers, with paperwork completed accordingly. Proficiency with HR data systems is required.

Qualifications

• Must be available Mon-Fri 9a-5p.
• Must have a valid New York driver's license (D-class or above) with clean driving record.
• Experience training drivers, commercial preferred but not required.
• Experience coaching drivers on driving infractions and accidents.
• Comfortable using digital data systems for HR management and vehicle tracking (Lytx, Samsara, Motiv).
• Able to write reports and communicate via email.

Responsibilities

• Conduct driver evaluations as needed.
• Lead training classes for candidates, new hires, and ongoing annual sessions, with documentation.
• Review ambulette driving records for infractions and accidents.
• Provide coaching and counseling to drivers and crewmembers on infractions and accidents, completing paperwork.
