zTrip seeks a dynamic People Success Recruiter - Taxi to lead driver recruitment, onboarding, engagement, and retention initiatives. You’ll partner with drivers to launch successful careers and foster a supportive and rewarding driver experience from day one.

This role emphasizes coaching, relationship-building, and partnering with operations to strengthen the transportation network and create a positive culture where drivers feel valued and supported.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruiting drivers or similar talent pipelines.
• Ability to design and execute onboarding programs for new hires.
• Proven track record in improving driver engagement and retention.
• Strong coaching and mentorship capabilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Source and attract qualified driver candidates via job boards, referrals, events, and partnerships.
• Develop recruiting campaigns to build a consistent driver talent pipeline.
• Lead driver onboarding programs and ensure a smooth launch.
• Coach, mentor, and support drivers to enhance performance and career growth.
• Track recruiting, onboarding, and retention metrics and report to leadership.
