zTrip is seeking a People Success Recruiter - Taxi to lead driver recruitment, onboarding, engagement, and retention initiatives. This role transcends traditional recruiting, serving as a career partner and advocate for drivers to launch successful careers while fostering a positive driver experience from day one.

You'll source, screen, onboard, and engage drivers, build pipelines, and promote zTrip within the transportation industry.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or related HR roles.
• Ability to coach, mentor, and support professionals in achieving goals.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Source and attract qualified driver candidates via job boards, referrals, and events.
• Develop recruiting campaigns to build a steady pipeline of driver talent.
• Promote zTrip as an employer of choice in transportation.
• Attend job fairs and community events to connect with prospects.
• Conduct screenings, interviews, and assessments; manage hiring through onboarding.
• Deliver a professional candidate experience throughout recruitment.
