Job summary

zTrip is seeking an energetic, relationship-driven People Success Recruiter to lead driver recruitment, onboarding, engagement, and retention initiatives. This role blends recruiting with career coaching, acting as a partner and advocate for drivers from day one.

You’ll build campaigns, attend events, screen applicants, and support onboarding, retention, and performance coaching while partnering with operations and leadership to grow a strong driver community.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR-related roles.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to coach, mentor, or support career development.
• Comfort engaging with diverse backgrounds.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Self-motivated, proactive and results-oriented.
• Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Proficient with recruiting platforms and applicant tracking systems.

Responsibilities
