zTrip is seeking a People Success Recruiter - Taxi to lead driver recruitment, onboarding, and retention initiatives. You will partner with drivers to launch successful careers and foster a supportive driver experience from day one.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in recruiting drivers or field-facing roles.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to coach and develop talent across driver lifecycle.
• Experience engaging diverse candidate pools and communities.
• Proficient with recruiting platforms and ATS.

Responsibilities

• Lead driver recruitment and talent acquisition campaigns.
• Oversee onboarding programs and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Engage drivers to improve retention and satisfaction over time.
• Provide coaching for drivers to support career growth and performance.
• Track hiring metrics and contribute to workforce planning.
