This role helps ensure drivers receive resources, information, and administrative assistance to succeed while maintaining efficient day-to-day operations.

You will collaborate with drivers, dispatch, recruiting, and leadership to manage onboarding, records, and compliance, and to streamline administrative functions.

Responsibilities

• Onboard drivers and schedule orientations; process necessary documentation.
• Maintain accurate and confidential driver records; track licenses, permits, and renewals.
• Support compliance efforts; conduct audits and organize records for retention.
