Job summary

zTrip is seeking a Driver Success Manager to champion the driver experience from onboarding through long-term retention. You will collaborate with operations, recruiting, and training to ensure exceptional driver experiences and support retention and workforce growth.

The role requires highly organized, people-oriented professionals who are passionate about helping drivers succeed and thrive within a fast-paced transportation environment. This is an on-site position based in Austin, Texas.

Qualifications

• Experience in employee relations, driver management, workforce engagement, recruiting, human resources, operations, transportation, or a related field.
• Strong relationship-building and interpersonal communication skills.
• Experience coaching, mentoring, or supporting employees in a professional environment.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with drivers and act as a primary resource for questions and support.
• Support onboarding activities and coordinate smooth transitions for new drivers.
• Provide coaching and development opportunities to improve driver performance and satisfaction.
• Monitor driver performance and assist in addressing concerns through coaching and development plans.
• Track retention, engagement, and performance metrics and report to leadership.
