Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and the ability to handle inquiries professionally.
• Ability to stand for long periods and work outdoors in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate rental car reservations and processing while ensuring vehicle readiness.
• Answer inquiries about rental programs and billing; assist with post-rental issues.
• Provide courteous service to Lyft/Uber drivers and other customers.
• Help maximize revenue by promoting services and overcoming objections.
