• Handle post-rental inquiries on rental and billing.
• Work in a fast-paced environment with strong customer service.
• Answer questions about the Hertz/Lyft/Uber Rental Car Program and policies.
• Clearly communicate Hertz/Lyft/Uber program and procedures.
• Identify upsell opportunities after inquiries.
• Prepare vehicles for pickup: check for damage, clean interior/exterior, refuel.
