The Recruiter will collaborate with Sales, Dispatch, Marketing, and third-party agencies to maximize recruitment channels and ensure a steady pipeline of qualified candidates. Occasional travel to career events is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting drivers or transportation personnel.
• Strong communication and interviewing skills.
• Ability to work with Sales and Dispatch teams.
• Familiar with pre-hire verification processes (background checks, CDL/MVR reviews, drug testing, DOT physicals).
• Willingness to travel occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Sources driver candidates using a variety of recruiting methods (networking, advertising, social media, career events).
• Collaborates with Sales and Dispatch teams to maximize coverage in target areas.
• Proactively identifies and contacts candidates, discusses opportunities, and follows up as needed.
• Reviews applications and conducts interviews.
• Maintains knowledge of the local driver labor market and sources candidates continually.
• Develops relationships with third parties and agencies to source drivers.
• Maintains relationships with drivers through multiple channels (online and in person).
• Coordinates with Marketing and 3rd party providers to recruit drivers via all channels.
