Job summary

DSV – Global Transport and Logistics in Lancaster, TX is hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist, Driver Recruiting to source, attract, and hire qualified CDL-A drivers to support our growing transportation operations. You will build a robust driver pipeline while ensuring regulatory compliance and a positive candidate experience.

The role requires collaboration with Operations and HR, expertise in high-volume recruitment, and the ability to travel 3–5 times a year for branch events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field; or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years of high-volume driver recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting CDL and non-CDL drivers across OTR, regional and local roles.
• Strong knowledge of DOT/FMCSA compliance requirements for commercial drivers.
• Experience with ATS and HRIS systems.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Operations and HR leaders to determine driver staffing needs.
• Source and attract CDL/non-CDL drivers via boards, referrals, and social media.
• Screen applicants for qualifications, safety record, and DOT/FMCSA compliance.
• Coordinate phone or in-person interviews with hiring managers.
• Manage full recruitment lifecycle from posting to onboarding.
